Cleaning and disinfection additive
Sol Clean is a combination of degreasing agents and disinfectant additives, designed for cleaning and disinfection of machines and systems that work with aqueous emulsions. This product is highly recommended for all types of machine tools and systems that are using centralized coolant emulsions.
Note: Sol Clean might corrode aluminium components.
Concentrated Sol Clean will attack aluminium parts.
Sol Clean in an emulsion of 2% will not corrode aluminium.

Mixing
Matrix Sol Clean should be mixed directly into the contaminated emulsion at a rate of 1 to 2.5% depending on the degree of contamination or pollution. Let Sol Clean circulate between 6 and 24 hours in the emulsion, then drain the system, clean with tap water and fill with new emulsion. A too high concentration (over 1%) can attack yellow metals in case of their presence.
